Palmer Chiropractic Center Payment Policy for Chiropractic Care

Palmer Chiropractic Center's payment policy requests that health insurance co-payment and deductible for chiropractic services be made at the time of service unless other arrangements are made or insurance demands.
We send bills out monthly on any co-insurance payments once we receive your explanation of benefits from your health insurance company.  In some situations, we may know in advance the allowed amounts for the services you have receive allowing us to collect your percentage co-insurance at time of service.
